Drug suspect nabbed after short chase near Crestwood
Elyria man Barnes Lottie, 24, led a State Highway Patrol trooper on a brief chase on Lake Avenue and Griswold Road. He allegedly threw marijuana and a portable scale from his gray Buick Park Avenue before stopping in front of Crestwood Elementary School. A subsequent search found a marijuana cigarette and other items.

Elyria Plans 2015 Town Hall Seeks Public Input
