Paul Pack 56 longtime Elyria Little League manager died at Elyria Memorial Hospital after collapsing on the Little League East field during his team's first game of the season. He suffered a cerebral hemorrhage per coroner Dr. Robert Thomas. Pack, a 24 year Elyria resident, owned Alwin Extermination Co and previously worked for the Elyria Board of Education. A Baumhart Road three car collision yesterday afternoon left Denzil Roberts 20 of Grafton in fair condition at Amherst Hospital with facial injuries. Joseph J Kovar 31 and Burrus Watson 43 of Wellington sustained head cuts and were treated and released. The crash occurred when Kovar struck Casada’s stopped car then veered left into Roberts. No charges have been filed pending investigation.
