Teen on trial for bus driver death in Tennessee
In Dover Tennessee a 16 year old boy is tried as an adult for first degree murder in the March 2005 shooting death of Joyce Gregory a school bus driver. His lawyer argued no premeditation while the district attorney said the motive was anger after Gregory reported him for tobacco use and fighting on the bus. The shooting occurred near Cumberland City about 50 miles northwest of Nashville with jurors selected in Cheatham County.
