Lion cub triplets born at Bronx Zoo in African Plains habitat
The Wildlife Conservation Society unveiled three new lion cubs born January 27 to Sukari and M'wasi at the Bronx Zoo. The two females and one male wrestle and play with their father while keepers seek names. Their arrival makes 2 year old Moxie the first cub born at the zoo in 31 years. Wild lions inhabit sub Saharan Africa and the Zoo aims for a savanna like display.
