8000 U S troops sweep into Cambodia

Lorain Strikers Return Tied to Time Off Question

Lorain city workers returned to their jobs as union officials study a state law the city says clashes with the wage agreement accepted by Local 6621 of the United Steel Workers. Amherst man's dad killed in two car crash

Frederick Blanchard 69 of Sarasota was killed in a two car collision at routes 20 and 511 near Amherst. He died at Alien Memorial Hospital in Oberlin at 3:30 pm from massive internal injuries including a ruptured aorta. Glenn A Lewis 33 of Wakeman was hospitalized with chest, leg and elbow injuries. Blanchard failed to yield at a stop sign and pulled into Lewis's path. Seat belts were not in use. Blanchard's son Kenneth of Amherst said his father had planned to visit before continuing to Detroit. Funeral arrangements by Neely Funeral Home, Detroit.
