Respected Citizen For 14 Years Goes Back To Prison
Leo Stephens, 35, who lived as a respected citizen for 14 years, was returned today to the Ohio State Reformatory from which he escaped in 1925. An extradition had been approved March 3 by Gov. Frank Fitzgerald. Stephens, who had two months left to serve, had fled Sandusky and lived in Detroit for 14 years after marrying. Police credited a friend for identifying him.

County OKs $900 for Loerian Sewing Center
