Peter G. Klein aged 56 died at Allen Hospital after being struck by a car in front of his son Elmer Klein’s home east of Oberlin. He had stepped into the road to catch a bus on his return to Cleveland where he worked as superintendent of the Acme Foundry. He leaves a daughter Mrs Sylvester Haag of Cleveland. Funeral services set for Saturday at Sacred Heart Church with Fr O Loughlin officiating. Interment in Calvary Cemetery Cleveland.

20 Minute Parking Zones Trial on Broad Street

Hope Brewster Heads Toward New Orleans Seized in Helena

Helena Ark March 29 Hope Brewster 24 set out from Memphis in a 15 foot skiff to seek adventure on the Mississippi River and after 39 hours of search by airplanes and speedboats she arrived here uneventfully early yesterday morning and was detained by officers awaiting word from her father. She said she had no trouble and wished to continue toward New Orleans. A thermos bottle was found with her containing tea and she reported no ill effects. She had traveled from noon Monday until Tuesday morning and recalled a river boat passing Monday night but not stopping for her.
