Minnis born in Sandusky educated at Sandusky High School Gerson University Western Reserve University Medical School Cleveland City Hospital internship. He is married and has served at Sunny Acres for five years including two and a half as senior resident. Trustees studied many applicants. Minnis was recommended by four Cleveland tuberculosis workers.

Plea Bargain in Larceny Case Sealed 30 Day Jail Term
Two lake fishermen, Hubert Meehan and Vernon Brown, pleaded guilty to larceny after being caught behind a shanty near the New York Central Railroad.
