Cleveland firm funds county parks expansion with bonds

Lorain County Metropolitan Park Board accepted a Cleveland firm's 1.8 million bond bid from Ball Burge and Kraus to finance expansion and development, boosting park holdings from 2,637 acres to over 3,700 by 1975.
