Stop-Gap SUB Plan Shelved in Ohio Politics
In Columbus Ohio the Republican plan to immediately fund supplemental unemployment benefits was tentatively shelved by Senate majority leader Frank W. King. Ohio AFL-CIO backs the regular SUB measure and trustees of the Ohio Information Committee consider testing constitutionality or collecting petition signatures to place the issue on the November ballot.
