Norwalk airport operator blasts the airport board
Norwalk airport operator Ronald Zoellner told Huron County Commissioners a definite conflict of interest exists between him and the Huron County Airport Authority. He criticized four authority members and urged tighter screening of future candidates, alleging biased motives and outside commitments. The board had threatened to fire him over back electric bills and alleged bills directed to him. Zoellner denied agreeing to pay them. The authority planned a Thursday meeting to discuss personnel issues and he would present a statement.
