Plow Driver Reprimanded After Slush Injures Lorain Boy

Oberlin man shot head in random street incident

Elyria police believe Shawn Williams 29 of Oberlin was the victim of a random shooting on Gateway Boulevard at 3:30 a.m. March 15 as he drove, crashing into a tree. Police captain said other angles are being explored. Williams' mother voiced recognition of the incident.
