Fifth Cleveland man pleads guilty in Moeller death case
In Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court a fifth Cleveland man admitted involuntary manslaughter and aggravated robbery in connection with the January 21 smash and grab that preceded the death of Rev Howard Moeller, 58. The plea followed earlier admissions by Ronald Johnson and three other defendants. Sentencing was postponed pending a probation report.
