Ohio Realtor Plan Aims To Boom Private Home Building
A Cleveland led FHA study proposes $6 billion to fund private home construction nationwide within a year. The Koblitz plan would grant half labor costs, subsidize owners, and use county taxes to repay bonds, aiming to employ 3 million in building trades. The scheme requires lot ownership free of encumbrances and would tax the house to fund repayment. The text also notes era contrasts in Greek Athens and a Protestant stat note in Italy.
