Lord Balfour Laid To Rest In Scotland
Lord Balfour was buried this afternoon in a simple plot near the Whittingehame estate after a funeral at the Quaint parish church. Lorain Man arraigned on first degree murder charge
Andrew Kader a 37 year old Lorain man pleaded not guilty to two counts of first degree murder in Lorain County court. He was arraigned before Judge A R Webber after being secretly indicted in connection with the December 16 1929 murder of Lorain grocer Join Zboray during an attempted holdup. Kader was arrested in Detroit and brought to jail with a special venire of 50 drawn for jurors.
