Pastoring split shakes College Heights church in Elyria

The College Heights Baptist Church in Elyria faced a shock when founder and pastor Rev Maurice Mosley resigned to lead Priority One in Plano Texas. Mosley cited the need to focus on his international television ministry and its 10 12 week annual travel as incompatible with pastoring. The church council struggled financially after a split, with bond payments late and a plan to sell land in Sheffield Township to cover debts.
