Plan to cut Lorain parking spaces in downtown
Lorain officials pitched a series of downtown development ideas to more than 60 merchants. The plan includes removing on street parking along Broadway to finance a 1250000 dollar traffic study led improvement effort and potential off street parking a parking deck and pedestrian walkways.
