Wellington man sentenced in Jan 6 Capitol breach case
Michael Mackrell, 42, was sentenced to 27 months in federal prison for assaulting, resisting or impeding officers during the January 6 breach. He must also pay $2,000 restitution and serve one year of supervised release. Elyria approves 29 percent raise for police dispatchers
