Panel upholds Prudoff action
Prudoff plans to challenge a 30 day suspension without pay from December into January after the Lorain city Civil Service Commission upheld the penalty. His attorney, James Burge, said Prudoff will take the case to the Ohio Supreme Court if he feels singled out, noting a long history of personnel disputes and a 1980s Supreme Court reinstatement.
