Elyria ladder truck shines in Cleveland St Patrick's Parade
The 1938 American LaFrance tiller truck, a retired Elyria Fire Department asset, returned to public view in Cleveland's St Patrick's Day Parade. Driven by Western Reserve Fire Buffs Association President Kenny Rybka, the 87 year old vehicle, once part of Elyria's 150th anniversary celebration, drew cheers as current and former Elyria firefighters rode along.
