Zoning overhaul plan moves toward council approval
Mason outlined an ordinance to hire OHM Advisors in Columbus to redo the zoning code and craft a new Comprehensive Land Use Plan with a $148,500 Community Development Block Grant. The 18 month process would align zoning updates with future land use, infrastructure, and economic development goals. The plan will seek developer input and aim to guide investments for infrastructure and public facilities including fire stations. Contact Katie Nix for more details.
