Two New Witnesses Found in Papp Case Trial

Flooding isolates mobile home park after blizzard and outages
Ray Lugo of Elyria used his citizen band radio to ferry a couple from their flooded West Ridge Green Mobile Home Park where three feet of water covered several streets. The park, hit by a Jan and 26 blizzard, then endured a 10 hour power outage after a car struck a power pole and water receded without home damage in the wake of the floods.
