Fire Chief Clarence Fibich of Bay Village travels to Kansas City for the 44th Annual Fire Department Instructors Conference. Fire personnel from city, state and national levels fill the 3,000 seat venue, with 49 states, DC and 18 foreign countries represented last year. Fibich, making his 14th appearance, says the event shares the latest in firemanship training and prevention and he has adopted many methods at Bay Village Fire Department.
