Polygraph evidence challenged in DeChant murder case
Assistant Lorain County Prosecutor Rosenbaum argued in a legal brief that investigators had more evidence than the polygraph when Gregory DeChant was arrested last October for killing his parents. He said the defense moves to suppress the test mislead the court while acknowledging the polygraph remains important.
