Bondsman Chlepciak Fined for Delayed Bond Payment

Avon aunt saves nephew after farm explosion and fire

Kenneth M. Urig, 45, of 45217 Russia Road Oberlin, suffered extensive burns in an explosion at Jean Moran’s Nagle Road farm while welding a gasoline tank. Moran, 69, dragged him to water and extinguished the flames. Urig was flown to Cleveland Metropolitan Hospital in critical condition. Moran was treated for minor burns and attended mass for Urig.
