Bouquets surround Bubbles after death at Laguna Hills

Hippopotamus Bubbles died during a third escape attempt at Lion Country Safari near Irvine California. She had escaped Feb 20 by breaking fences, stayed in a lake, and died after attempting to reach dry land. Flowers collected around her body as Los Angeles County Museum of Natural History prepared to study the remains.

California utilities questioned after San Diego blackout
