Hearings End on Belt Line Eminent Domain Bill in Ohio
Ohio Senate Judiciary Committee closes eighth hearing on Riverlake Belt Lines plan to use conveyor belts between Lorain and the Ohio River. Public debate centers on whether belt transport is necessary and feasible, with projections of coal and iron ore volumes and multi port impacts.
