Thousands of Easter Seals mailed to hundreds of Elyria homes mark the ninth annual campaign for crippled children sponsored by the National Society for Crippled Children. James A. The feasibility of organizing a Lorain Civil Air Patrol unit will be discussed at Lorain airport Leavitt and Meister roads at 8 p m tomorrow. Mrs Ruth McClenaghan manag er of Lorain airport calls the meeting inviting all civilian pilots in the county and other interested persons. About 50 civilian pilots exist with 14 planes stored and serviced. Ground crews would be needed to form the patrol unit as part of civilian defense efforts.

Edward Hesmer, 46, of LaGrange is jailed pending investigation after a shooting at his home at 10:30 p m. yesterday.
