Thousands of Easter Seals mailed to hundreds of Elyria homes mark the ninth annual campaign for crippled children sponsored by the National Society for Crippled Children. James A. The feasibility of organizing a Lorain Civil Air Patrol unit will be discussed at Lorain airport Leavitt and Meister roads at 8 p m tomorrow.
