Taxi cabs Thrive in Elyria With Two Firms
Elyria hosts two taxicab firms Graham's Elyria Taxi Inc and Silver Cab Service Inc moved into the market last May replacing Yellow Cab Co. Water shutoff sparks suit against Colonial Oaks park owners

Oberlin 14 year old wins Chronicle Telegram spelling bee
David Carlton a Langston Middle School eighth grader in Oberlin finished first among 157 contestants in the Chronicle Telegram written spelling bee at Lorain County Community College with a 76.
