The case against Mrs Myrta radiey 22 New Oberon district school teacher charged with assault and batters for whipping a sugar girl Mary Margaret Gernard Ber was taken over by County Prosecutor Don W ers. Myers entry announced after a conference between the prosecutor and attorneys for the Gerbarevs. Bradles arrestee released on $200 bond. Abrs. Bradle sets preliminary hearing for tomorrow morning in Justice S. George's office on the fourth floor of the Masonic Temple. Justice George indicated little chance the case will be held in another courtroom due to court room usage. Prosecution not sure how many witnesses will attend. State Rep Charles KR Summers Oberlin expects to present a wide witness roll for the defense.

Identity Sought For Man Found In Lake Erie
Coroner Miles E Perry sought identification of a man found floating in Lake Erie at Lorain yesterday morning. The body likely had been in the water six weeks to three months and may be that of a sailor missing after a storm at Port Canion months earlier. Discovered by a fisherman near the railroad Pier behind the Ohio Public Service building at 8 am, the frozen and badly decomposed remains weighed about 139 pounds, stood five feet eight inches, and appeared aged between 70 and 59. He wore grey checked trousers, a blue coat and vest, high black shoes, and a vatty colored socks.

Three Arrested In Lorain County Liquor Raids
Three men from Oberon and South Amherst were arrested Saturday night in a series of liquor raids by the Lorain county booze squad. Orville Stevens of Oberlin pleaded guilty and was fined $3500 plus costs. Robert Wilson of South Amherst pleaded guilty and was fined $100 plus costs. At Dillsworth of Oberlin pleaded not guilty and was released on $500 bond for trial on Saturday February 22.
