Vermilion deputy registrar for the city's license bureau faced three counts of unauthorized use of property in Vermilion Municipal Court. Cara Camp, 44, did not appear and waived the 45 day trial time rule. Camp resides in Sandusky and is accused of improper use of state computers at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Deputy Registrar Agency on Liberty Avenue, which was shut down last week after charges were filed.
