Hit and run driver says he didn't think it was so bad
Elyria police charged 38 year old Scottie Parker after a 11:47 am collision at Route 57 and Gulf Road. Parker fled the scene, but authorities say his car struck a minivan injuring two occupants who were treated and released. Parker faces charges for leaving the scene running a red light and no seat belt.
