South should have ruffed and cashed trumps to force a three card ending, giving dummy the heart queen and king of clubs, while East held the heart jack eight and ace of clubs. A club lead to the king would have set East. Also notes Spencer film The Black Hole to be shown Friday at 7 p.m. in Spencer Junior High auditorium with PTA sponsorship.
