Roy Evans Jr. of Lorain was killed by a Strongsville officer after a chase on I-71 in Medina County. The incident, which involved a van carrying a woman and three children, prompted a southbound I-71 closure for hours. The Ohio Attorney General’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation was asked to assist the probe.
