Akron babysitter murder case denies maternity leave
In Akron, twenty-year-old Tiffani Calise, jailed since August on murder charges in the death of a 23 month old, was denied maternity leave to await the baby's birth around March 10. The judge said unsupervised contact with children poses too great a risk while the case progresses. An autopsy found head injuries on the child.
