Kelver county auditor elect named F A Sanford William F Baker and Adolph Kobimeyer as Lorain city appraisers. Appraisers work across the county to re value real estate for December taxes. Officials anticipate a 10 to 20 percent drop in valuations. Completion expected in about six weeks.
