Vigil Held For Three Killed In Carlisle Township Crash
About 30 friends and relatives gathered for a brief vigil at a tree memorializing Bruce Boggins 27 of Cleveland Patrick Lee 24 of Lakewood and Wanda Parker 16 of Brook Park who died when their car crossed railroad tracks on Middle Avenue in March 2009 Flowers and stuffed animals surrounded the tree as officers moved the crowd away after some residents urged for a prayer service.
