Lorain County tuition rebates face delay amid confusion
Lorain County parents of private school students expect partial tuition rebates by March 20 under a new state subsidy. The program’s guidelines remain unsettled, a pending ACLU lawsuit seeks to block it, and diocesan officials warn the process could take years. School districts await state funds and a deadline to file forms, with local Catholic schools distributing rebate forms in anticipation.
