Duplication charged in supper club suits
Washington reports that Union Light, Heat and Power Co and Sterling Lighting Division seek Supreme Court relief to block an appeals court ruling allowing damage suits from the Beverly Hills Supper Club fire to proceed in both federal and state courts.
