Man jailed for illegal liquor sale by city mayor ruling

An auto crash near Telegraph road bridge west of Elyria last night killed Walter W. Earl 30 of 117 Eastern Heights Blvd. and left Ellsworth Bur sley 28 of 227 12 Fourth Street with internal injuries. Earl died en route to Elyria Memorial Hospital. Bur sley’s condition was fair. Sheriff Clarence W. Dick to present the case to the grand jury. Earl survived by wife Marjorie and son Kenneth 5.
