Elyria men charged with rape robbery and burglary
Three Elyria men appeared in Elyria Municipal Court facing multiple charges. Clay Easterfield, 20, is charged with aggravated robbery, rape, and two burglaries after a Feb. 21 armed robbery at a north side snack shop. Riccardo Taylor, 22, faces armed robbery with a knife for a Feb. 14 Lake Avenue incident. Richard L. Smith is charged with stealing a 1966 Chevrolet pickup from Garden Street.
