Armed theft suspect held after Elyria robbery
A 21 year old, Brian James Nicolson of Elyria was arrested in connection with a Feb 23 armed robbery at the Beal home near Murray Ridge Road. Two women were held at gunpoint for hours while watches cash and jewelry were taken. Nicolson pleaded innocent in Elyria Municipal Court with bond set at 5000 dollars. Preliminary hearing set for March 6.
