Citizen of the Year Named in Berlin Heights

Arthur Buchwald receives Berlin Heights joint award from the Jaycees and Kiwanis Club for community service. He has 25 plus years in Boy Scouts, serves at the Congregational United Church of Christ, and is Kiwanis Club president. He and Lorraine moved from Buffalo with a daughter and son. his wife works for the Berlin Milan Board of Education. Last year’s honoree was Dr. Byron Merrick.
