Oberlin enriches seventh graders in college environment
Sixty one gifted junior high students join Oberlin College for a six week enrichment program starting June 21. Directed by William Parker from John F. Kennedy High School, the project funds include a $150,000 Rockefeller Foundation grant. Students live in Burton Hall and engage in English math social studies biology art and music plus opera dancing swimming and summer stock trips.
