An 18 year old Lorain man, Joseph Casner, fell from the passenger window of a moving 1993 Pontiac Grand Am in Elyria's University Oaks area. He landed on his head and was listed in critical condition at MetroHealth Medical Center after being transported by ambulance and airlifted from EMH Regional Medical Center. Driver David Holland and two backseat passengers were not injured. alcohol involvement is under investigation.
