Grand jury returns no indictment on 32 beer case in Lorain

Avon Lake High Graduate Dies In Plane Crash
Richard C. Mason, Avon Lake High School class of 1930, 21, a transport pilot for Council Bluffs Airway Inc, was killed in a Thursday plane crash at Council Bluffs Iowa. He died alongside two other pilots and his body was returned to Crawfordsville Indiana for burial. Services were held at New Richmond Christian church with J G Coulter aiding in burial. He is survived by his mother Mrs R J Kuhn, step father R J Kihm, stepsister Rosemary Kihm, and two aunts and three uncles.
