Elyria man pleads innocent in Riverside Court murder
Faustino Gonzalez, 23, of Riverside Court Apt 32, pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder in the shooting death of 28 year old Mark Cobb in a Riverside Court parking lot. Bond set at $25,000 cash. attorney complained of a 90 minute delay to see his client while Gonzalez was questioned. Heavyweight champion Leon Spinks was fined 52 dollars including court costs after a Jacksonville police stop at 2:50 a.m. for driving with expired plates and no license.
