Five area fishermen reap big walleyes and northerns in Quebec

A group led by Al Luttrell and including Bob Lee and Bud Schaffer earned a bonanza of walleyes and three 15 pound northern pikes in a mid June Quebec trip. They portaged past beaver dams into back woods near Belleterre, with one fish lost to a near miss at boatside. The party relied on Luttrell jigs and released most walleyes to keep the waters healthy.
