Oberlin, June 22 Mrs E J Lampson assistant professor in Oberlin College English department suffered severe bruises and shock after a car brake slipped on a steep Mill Hollow hill. The car rolled, knocked her down and the rear wheel ran over her. She was rushed to Allen hospital by two nearby workers.

Six Hurt In Two Local Auto Accidents
Two crashes near Lorain left six people injured one seriously. Eva Ray Carne, 29, of Lakewood, is in St. Joseph's Hospital with possible neck injury and skull lacerations. In the second wreck, Paul and Mrs. Paul Pais of North Ridgeville were cut by flying glass after their car hit a horse on Route 20. the horse died and both were treated at Elyria Memorial Hospital.

William Case Dies After Tree Defense Stir
William Case 82 a Lorain County farmer and nurseryman who defended his Christmas trees died after a three week illness. Funeral services were held at Haag funeral home Berea with burial in Columbia Cemetery. Case gained fame after a December 23 shooting connected to tree thefts that wounded Mae Rousseau and killed William Rousseau, the case's grand jury outcome returned no indictment. He is survived by daughter Mrs Hales of Columbia and sons Roy of Medina and Clarence of Rochester. His wife died four years ago.
