Dettore Faces IRS Tax Lien Against North Ridge Investment
Frank Dettore, owner of North Ridge Investment Corp. in North Ridgeville, says he will pay 111,300 in late 1980 taxes following an IRS lien on all corporate assets. The lien, filed Wednesday, blocks transfers of clear title and could lead to asset seizure to satisfy the debt. Dettore cites cash-flow trouble from the recession, notes the debt includes 102,000 for social security and federal income taxes, and claims the corporation will recover, aiming to remove the lien within two weeks.
